Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver swim instruction in alignment with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  • Enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure environment.
  • Assess student progress and complete relevant documentation promptly.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s swimming development.
  • Serve as a Goldfish Swim School ambassador, fostering parental satisfaction.
  • Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking to address challenges faced by students.
  • Inspect pool areas for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage, reporting any issues to management as necessary.
  • Ensure proper storage and maintenance of all pool equipment, including lane lines.
  • Document and report accidents and incidents to management.
  • Occasionally perform light cleaning duties, such as window washing and trash removal.
  • Attend mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular hours.
