Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver swim instruction in alignment with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
- Enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Assess student progress and complete relevant documentation promptly.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s swimming development.
- Serve as a Goldfish Swim School ambassador, fostering parental satisfaction.
- Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking to address challenges faced by students.
- Inspect pool areas for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage, reporting any issues to management as necessary.
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of all pool equipment, including lane lines.
- Document and report accidents and incidents to management.
- Occasionally perform light cleaning duties, such as window washing and trash removal.
- Attend mandatory workshops and in-service training outside of regular hours.
