Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver swim instruction based on our established Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure environment.
• Assess student progress and complete necessary paperwork promptly.
• Engage with parents and guardians on the development of their children’s swim skills.
• Serve as a GSS ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction.
• Employ problem-solving and creative thinking to address challenges faced by students.
• Inspect pool areas before and after classes for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of all pool equipment, including lane lines.
• Report accidents and incidents to management, completing necessary documentation.
• Perform light cleaning duties, including window washing and trash removal, as needed.
• Attend required workshops and in-service training outside regular working hours.
