Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering a superior customer experience by providing exceptional service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner, checking in members, enrolling new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive demeanor.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, exceeding expectations.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
