Role Summary:
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, which include:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner, checking members in, facilitating new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, elevating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
