Role Summary:
The Team Member plays a crucial role in fostering a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phones courteously, checking in members, signing up new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating updates to members’ accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is essential.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and co-workers, consistently exceeding expectations.
