Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is dedicated to fostering a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Processing account updates for existing members.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health is essential.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is crucial.
