Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in enhancing the member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests warmly, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking in members, processing new member sign-ups, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the overall neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with computers is required.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health is essential.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is a must.
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with both members and co-workers, consistently exceeding expectations.
