Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable experience for our members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Handle all front desk operations, including:
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Checking in members, facilitating new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
- Updating member accounts as needed.
- Addressing member inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
- Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A background in customer service is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications.
- A genuine passion for fitness and health.
- A consistently positive and upbeat demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
