Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable experience for our members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Handle all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Checking in members, facilitating new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
    • Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A background in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health.
  • A consistently positive and upbeat demeanor.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Superb customer service skills; capable of interacting with members and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner that exceeds expectations.
