Role Summary
As a Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phones with a friendly demeanor, checking in members, managing new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating updates to member accounts as needed.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and orderly club environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with computers.
  • A strong passion for fitness and wellness.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is essential.
  • Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
