Job Title: Test Administrator – Norwood, OH

Company: Pearson

Location: Norwood, OH

Pay: $17.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.75 for a Test Administrator position in Norwood, OH, falls below the national average for similar roles, which typically range between $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certification, and specific responsibilities. In Ohio, the average pay for test administrators can vary, but many positions offer higher rates, particularly in urban areas or specialized testing environments. Therefore, while the offered rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or align well with industry standards, suggesting that applicants may seek higher compensation elsewhere.
