Job Title: The Morning Dish Supervisor

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 for the role of “The Morning Dish Supervisor” in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be on the lower end of compensation for similar supervisory positions in the food service and hospitality industries. Typically, such roles may range from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living and demand for supervisory positions in the area also influence competitiveness; while Kalamazoo has a modest cost of living, $19 may not fully reflect the skills and responsibilities expected of a supervisor. Overall, this rate could be considered below competitive in the current job market.
