Company: Conrad’s

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $15 for a Tire and Lube Technician in Willoughby, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. Typically, the average hourly wage for similar positions ranges from $16 to $20, depending on experience and specific employer practices. This rate may attract some candidates, particularly those new to the workforce or without extensive experience, but it may deter more qualified technicians seeking competitive compensation in a market where labor shortages are prevalent. Overall, while it may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it could be challenging to attract and retain skilled workers at this pay level.
