As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ mobility by providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations. Responsibilities:

  • Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
  • Ensure that all work performed adheres to Belle Tire’s high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels to prevent corrosion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining tire options, maintenance requirements, and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
