Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated To-Go Specialist who is passionate about showcasing the best of our offerings, whether guests are dining in or taking meals to go. This role is elevated beyond the ordinary pick-up window—this is WINGO!

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately take and package to-go orders while processing guest payments.
  • Promote and sell merchandise, including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings.
  • Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Address guest concerns or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure stock levels in the to-go area throughout your shift.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a to-go, host, or cashier role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
