Victra, an exclusive retailer for Total Wireless, is seeking Spanish-speaking/Bilingual Wireless Consultants who are committed to delivering exceptional service to every guest, every time. A Day in the Life:
Your primary responsibility will be providing outstanding care to guests. This includes assisting them in selecting from a wide array of wireless devices, rate plans, accessories, product insurance, and more. You will also generate traffic by reaching out to current and prospective customers via phone, text, and various web platforms. Completing assigned training courses will help you stay abreast of the latest products, services, and industry developments, equipping you with the tools necessary for success in your role and aiding your professional growth.
Wireless Consultant Responsibilities:
- Meet personal sales goals every two weeks as established by your Store Manager.
- Represent Victra and Total Wireless positively while delivering excellent customer service.
- Review daily promotions, plans, and devices.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and texts to enhance sales through multiple platforms.
- Participate in weekly and monthly trainings.
- Create a premier retail environment through cleanliness, merchandising, and organization.
- Manage all customer service interactions with courtesy and professionalism.
- Uphold White Glove cleanliness standards as they evolve.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation:
Our wireless consultants earn an average all-in compensation of $40,000 – $50,000 annually, with potential for additional earnings through a combination of base hourly rate and uncapped commission. We offer paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Job Requirements:
In addition to a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing a premier experience, the ideal Wireless Consultant should possess:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements:
All Wireless Consultants must successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date, which may require overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
