Job description:

Provides exceptional customer service daily, consistently exceeding expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsible for loading orders into delivery vehicles, verifying delivery accuracy, and efficiently routing orders. Completes return forms and manages invoices, transfers, and all related documentation with precision. When not engaged in deliveries, assists with other warehouse duties as required.

Adheres to all safety regulations consistently, following vehicle safety protocols at all times. Timely communication of relevant information to management is essential. Responds to customer inquiries with professionalism, directing complex issues to management as necessary. Ensures prompt and efficient delivery of customer orders, adhering strictly to assigned delivery routes and responsibilities.

Conducts daily vehicle inspections and necessary maintenance checks, reporting any non-routine repairs to management. Maintains a clean vehicle and performs general facility upkeep including housekeeping tasks. Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Accurately follows both oral and written instructions, and collaborates effectively as part of a team under time constraints. Prioritizes quality work with careful attention to detail and maintains compliance with company policies related to attendance and punctuality.

Actively seeks training opportunities, both internally and externally, to enhance skills and knowledge.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of two years of driving experience and an appropriate driver’s license are preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must possess the ability to read basic two- and three-syllable words and recognize similarities and differences among words and numerical sequences. Proficient in printing and articulating simple sentences.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Capable of calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
