Travel General Laborer (Nights) – $18 per Hour
SPAR is expanding our overnight construction team and is seeking dedicated, reliable full-time laborers. Applicants must be willing to travel for extended periods and work nights from 9 PM to 6 AM. Familiarity with basic tools and a desire to learn are essential, as you will be working on-site in home improvement retail stores, handling heavy steel and pallet racking systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform physically demanding construction tasks
- Work overnight to remodel large retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Transfer products from old to new pallet racking systems
- Construct and assemble retail shelving fixtures
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
- Engage in significant physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Follow directions for tagging, rotating, and organizing products on shelves
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 feet as necessary
- Capability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (applicants must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Functional knowledge of basic tools required for the job
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
- Personal cell phone and valid email address are mandatory
