Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard

Company: IPSC

Location: Sandusky, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for an Unarmed Security Guard in Sandusky, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the standard pay scale for this role, which typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the hiring company. As of recent data, Ohio’s average pay for unarmed security personnel aligns more closely with this range, but in larger metropolitan areas or in positions requiring additional responsibilities, rates can be higher. Thus, while $15 may attract applicants in the current labor market, it may not be fully competitive or aligned with industry standards for security roles offering similar expectations, especially with increasing inflation and living costs.
