Fox Motors is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Grand Rapids, MI. The Used Car Sales Consultant is entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon entering the dealership showroom or sales lot, offering assistance and guidance.
- Stay informed about the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
- Provide customers with detailed specifications about vehicle performance, safety features, and benefits.
- Conduct professional demonstrations highlighting vehicle features.
- Utilize dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up, helping to build and maintain a client database.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of vehicle values, financing products, and Fox programs.
- Adhere to Fox procedures for vehicle delivery.
- Introduce customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
- Assist in showroom preparation, ensuring an impressive selection of vehicles is available and the showroom is always well-presented.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating an ability to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
- Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new products.
