As a Utility Team Member at SSP America, you can expect to:
– Foster a positive guest experience by ensuring clean and hygienic work areas
– Properly dispose of refuse in designated locations
– Maintain cleanliness across all surfaces and equipment, including floors, ceilings, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, and storage areas
– Clear and reset dining tables between seatings as needed, and transport serviceware to the kitchen for cleaning
– Scrape food from soiled dishes, pots, and pans; wash by hand or load into the dishwasher and return items to their appropriate storage locations
– Clean equipment using specified chemicals to meet hygienic standards, which may involve the use of heavier machinery
– Assist guests with specific requests and communicate any special needs to servers or supervisors
– Load and unload supply trucks, transferring items between storage and work areas
– Stock, date, rotate, and monitor the temperature of food items
– Perform other duties as assigned
