Your Position: Valet Attendant (Part Time)

Summary:
The Valet Attendant is responsible for parking vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service to condominium residents while ensuring the security and aesthetic appeal of the facilities. This role requires professionalism and a friendly demeanor. It is a part-time position, with shifts during the hours of 11 AM – 7 PM and 3 PM – 11 PM, including weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles within the garage, while maintaining an organized and secure car key storage system.
– Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting residents upon entry to the garage and providing services such as:
– Offering carts and assisting with package retrieval from vehicles
– Filling low tires (with vehicle owner approval)
– Disposing of trash into appropriate bins
– Providing escort services from the parking lot to the lobby entrance between sunset and sunrise, upon request
– Keeping a record of resident parking preferences (e.g., backed-in spaces) and accommodating these preferences when parking and moving vehicles.

– Exhibit professionalism through:
– Maintaining a neat appearance and appropriate attire
– Communicating clearly and respectfully
