Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (or until tasks are completed)

Warehouse Operations contributes vitally to Cardinal Health by executing and managing a series of manual or automated tasks essential for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This encompasses functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery, ensuring the efficient flow of products from vendors to a diverse range of internal and external customers.
About the Consumer Health Logistics Center:
The Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) represents Cardinal Health’s latest Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operation, located in Groveport, Ohio. This state-of-the-art facility spans approximately 350,000 square feet and incorporates cutting-edge automation technology.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established processes to fulfill orders, which includes accurately picking products, performing quality control inspections, packing items, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Engage in cross-training across multiple warehouse areas and contribute to projects as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping and inventory control tasks to uphold a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate willingness to train and obtain certification for operating material handling equipment as required, including order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
Qualifications:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly
- Capability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift
- Ability to follow directions and adjust to changing priorities
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with technology, such as computers or point of sale systems, is a plus
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Basic proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read and write in English to handle documentation.
