Immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Associate to support our facility at Ryder in Groveport, OH. This position offers weekly pay at an hourly rate of $21.32.

We seek a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in a safe supply chain environment equipped with state-of-the-art resources. The key responsibilities include handling automotive parts and operating powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of six months of related warehouse experience is required; one year or more is preferred
• Ability to operate and maintain powered industrial trucks, including but not limited to stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks
• Familiarity with operating manual and/or automated warehouse equipment is a plus
• Valid powered industrial truck certification is preferred
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math skills in English for safety and compliance
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Adaptability and self-driven motivation in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

Responsibilities include:

• Packaging, kitting, and assembling orders and materials
• Loading and unloading inbound/outbound trailers while ensuring accuracy in scanning
• Assisting in training dock employees on new procedures
• Securing the facility at the end of shifts and troubleshooting scanning issues
• Performing picking and packing duties while checking for product or container damage
• Executing assigned tasks as per location’s policies and procedures
• Participating in team activities to foster self-improvement and enhance warehouse operations
• Conducting housekeeping duties for assigned areas
• Performing additional duties as assigned
