Our Door Division is currently seeking a Warranty Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This full-time, hourly position reports directly to the Warranty Service Manager. Responsibilities:
As a Warranty Service Technician, you will serve as the principal point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to their custom entry doors. Your primary objective will be to address and resolve technical support requests from initiation to completion by effectively communicating with customers, homeowners, and installers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering service and product replacement orders, along with relevant comments
  • Maintaining a travel schedule based on active service calls
  • Keeping a detailed service log of actions taken
  • Inspecting open service requests and recommending appropriate courses of action
  • Conducting service calls at job sites and residential homes
  • Following up with customers after services have been completed
  • Upholding a professional demeanor and effectively representing Palmer-Donavin as a preferred business partner
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined, possess a strong focus on customer service, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, diligent, and detail-oriented.

Additional qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
