Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess open availability on both weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage various front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phones in a friendly manner and addressing a wide range of inquiries.
– Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Offering tours of the club to prospective members.
– Implementing necessary updates to members’ accounts.
– Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of both members and the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with adequate supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in lost items to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
– Previous customer service experience is preferred.
– Basic computer skills are necessary.
– A genuine passion for fitness and health is essential.
– An upbeat and positive attitude must be maintained at all times.
– Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding member expectations.
