Job Summary
This position requires open availability on both weekend days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
– Manage all front desk-related activities, which include but are not limited to:
– Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Verifying IDs and member barcodes in the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring safety and sanitation within the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with essential supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in any lost property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
– Previous customer service experience is preferred.
– Basic computer proficiency is required.
– A strong passion for fitness and health.
– An upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, consistently exceeding expectations.

– High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
– Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands
– Frequent standing and walking during shifts.
