Job Title: WIC Tech / Breastfeeding Peer Counselor

Company: InterCare Community Health Network

Location: Plainwell, MI

Pay: $18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 for a “WIC Tech / Breastfeeding Peer Counselor” in Plainwell, MI, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles. Typically, positions in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, including education and counseling roles, can range from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience and location, especially in areas with higher living costs. While $18 may be competitive in some regions or for entry-level positions, considering the demands of the job and the cost of living in Michigan, it may not fully align with industry standards, potentially affecting recruitment and retention for this essential role.
