Job Description
Job Title: Specialist Marketing
Company: Boyd Gaming
Location: Michigan
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Specialist Marketing” role in Michigan is generally below the competitive range for this position. Industry standards often suggest that marketing specialists earn between $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. In larger cities like Detroit, rates can be even higher, reflecting the cost of living and demand for skilled marketing professionals. Thus, the proposed rate may not attract the talent needed for the role and could indicate budget constraints or a lack of awareness of market trends.
