Position Overview:
We are seeking team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $14.50 per hour. This role is located at our Kenwood store in Cincinnati, situated at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of weekly promotions to effectively support guests across departments
    • Enhancing the shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while providing assistance to nearby guests
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting oneself professionally, adhering to established uniform standards

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
