Gilmore Catering is a mobile catering company that specializes in weddings, private events, and corporate functions across West Michigan. Our mission is to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to distinctive venues, private homes, and outdoor locations. We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Catering Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing training to the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

Servers:

  • Set up and dismantle food service areas
  • Serve plated meals, passed hors d’oeuvres, and buffet items
  • Uphold standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality at all events
  • Adhere to service timelines and follow directions from event leads

Bartenders:

  • Pack and manage inventory throughout events
  • Set up and take down bars
  • Mix and serve beer, wine, and specialty cocktails
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with local and state serving regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-oriented bar area
  • Bartending experience is required
  • Must be willing to undertake a combination of serving and bartending shifts

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to travel to various event locations (reliable transportation preferred)
  • Availability for weekend and evening shifts
  • Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Bartenders must possess (or be willing to obtain) valid TIPS certification
