As a banquet server, you will embody the spirit of an Intention Seeker, always seeking innovative ways to provide exceptional and personalized service during pivotal events in our guests’ lives and careers. We will equip you with the skills necessary to set up, serve, engage with guests, and respond to their requests while anticipating their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests at events through various activities, including but not limited to:
  • Carrying trays
  • Serving meals
  • Managing buffets
  • Clearing dishes
  • Replenishing beverages
  • Providing butler service
  • Bartending
• Prepare for events by:
  • Arranging tablecloths, napkins, place settings, guest items, condiments, and centerpieces
  • Designing buffets and food and beverage stations
• Engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
• Foster a respectful and supportive team environment
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Follow direction from multiple sources efficiently
• Operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a high-energy setting

Qualifications:
