Job Title: Bartender (3) Openings

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $11.23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11.23 for a bartender position in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, appears to be below the competitive average for this role, particularly when considering state and local living costs as well as industry standards. In Michigan, bartenders often earn higher wages, with averages typically ranging from $12 to $15 per hour before tips, which can significantly increase overall earnings. Additionally, proximity to larger urban areas or tourist locations generally influences wage levels positively for bartenders. Given this context, the listed rate may struggle to attract candidates, especially considering the essential skills and service demands associated with bartending.
