Compensation:
This position is hourly, with an anticipated base pay range of $20 to $24 per hour.

Position Details:
As a Branch Sales Associate (part-time, approximately 20+ hours per week, 1st shift, Monday through Friday), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to walk-in clients through your expertise, guidance, and positive demeanor. You will maximize sales opportunities, foster customer loyalty, and consistently exceed customer expectations. Your daily responsibilities will shift between assisting customers and performing essential warehouse tasks. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

You Will:
– Oversee the entire customer experience, ensuring appropriate product selection, accurate order entry, safe product selection, and loading of customer vehicles.
– Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales and cultivate customer loyalty.
– Tailor your communication style to suit various audiences, whether via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
– Accurately pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products.
– Manage customer backorders and organize incoming stock.
– Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment efforts.
– Conduct inventory counts as required.
– Navigate various computer systems efficiently to support customer-facing and warehouse operations.
– Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in the branch to uphold Grainger’s image.
– Adhere to safety guidelines and comply with all operational protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.

You Have:
