Job Title: Breakfast Attendant – Holiday Inn Express Holland

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Breakfast Attendant” at Holiday Inn Express in Holland, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and location. In Michigan, the average pay for positions in the hospitality sector, including breakfast attendants, generally hovers around $16-$18 per hour. Given the cost of living in Holland and the competitive landscape for hospitality jobs, this rate may be considered less competitive, especially for candidates with prior experience or those seeking to cover living expenses effectively. Hence, while $15 is a solid entry point, it may not attract highly qualified applicants or retain staff in the longer term.
