Job Title: Care Associate – Memory Care (MC)

Company: Senior Lifestyle

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Care Associate – Memory Care position in Cincinnati, OH, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum. According to industry standards, salaries for similar roles typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the facility’s funding. Additionally, regional cost of living and demand for caregivers can influence pay rates. Therefore, while $17 may attract candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain quality staff in a field that often requires specialized training and emotional resilience.
