Job Description
Job Title: Caregivers Nights and Weekends
Company: Visiting Angels
Location: West Chester, OH
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a “Caregivers Nights and Weekends” role in West Chester, OH, is relatively competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. In this area, caregiver wages typically range from about $14 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. Factors such as the demand for caregivers, local cost of living, and any specialized skills required can influence rates; however, many employers are starting to offer higher compensation to attract qualified candidates, especially for night and weekend shifts, which can be less appealing. Thus, while $17 is reasonable, it may not sufficiently incentivize experienced caregivers considering the demanding nature of the job and the hours involved.
