Position Overview:
We seek enthusiastic team members who can seamlessly work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $11.58 – $13.72 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service consistently by:
    • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and assisting them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining product knowledge, including weekly ad items, and collaborating with team members across departments for guest assistance
    • Creating a welcoming shopping experience through effective merchandising and stocking of products and specialty items while ensuring guests are attended to
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties within the store
    • Upholding a professional appearance in accordance with uniform standards
