About the Position:
We are looking for team members capable of working in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The pay range for this position is $11.58 – $13.72 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional guest service, including:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store, collaborating across departments to assist guests
    • Creating a welcoming shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, while also attending to nearby guests
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding service
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
