About the Position:
We are looking for team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The pay range for this position is $11.58 to $13.72 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions.
    • Maintaining product knowledge, including weekly ad items, and collaborating across departments to support guests.
    • Ensuring a welcoming shopping environment through effective merchandising and stocking of products while assisting nearby guests.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties within the store.
    • Presenting oneself professionally and adhering to uniform standards.
