Job Title: Cook

Company: Trinity Health

Location: Saint Joseph, MI – Pontiac, MI

Pay: $16.34 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.34 for a Cook position in Saint Joseph, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale, especially considering that the typical hourly wage for cooks in Michigan generally ranges from about $15 to $20, depending on experience and the establishment type. In larger metropolitan areas like Pontiac, the rate may be slightly higher due to increased living costs and competition. While this rate is competitive for entry-level positions, more experienced cooks can expect higher wages, particularly if they possess specialized skills. Overall, while $16.34 is competitive for some roles, it may not fully align with industry standards for more experienced cooks in the region.
