In this role, Culinary Cooks will take charge of grill or line responsibilities within the kitchen, demanding meticulous attention to detail in food preparation.

We are conducting OPEN INTERVIEWS every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM at the University of Cincinnati, located at 2571 O’Varsity Way, Cincinnati, OH 45219.

Essential Responsibilities:
– Adhere to proper recipes, utilizing the necessary equipment, tools, and utensils.
– Ensure that food is prepared, portioned, held, and served at appropriate temperatures, with presentation aligned to standards.
– Assist in coordinating workflow within the culinary department to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:
– A high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in food preparation in a fast-paced setting.
– The ability to work independently and thrive in high-stress situations.
– Capability to stand and exert mobility within often confined quarters.
– Ability to bend and periodically lift up to 30 pounds.
– Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
