Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Culinary Supervisors to join our dedicated team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members to ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers, ensuring all kitchen equipment is functional.
• Oversee the proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required.
• Work to maintain food costs within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• No college degree required.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.

Physical Requirements:

• Manual dexterity sufficient for chopping, mixing, blending, and whipping a variety of foods and liquids.
