Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Culinary Supervisors to become integral members of our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all team members to ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers, ensuring all kitchen equipment is operational.
  • Supervise the proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required.
  • Actively manage food costs within parameters set by culinary leadership.
  • Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • No college degree required.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sufficient manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids.

  • Capacity to stand and walk for the entirety of your shift.
