As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will be the welcoming presence that brings the Wawa experience to life. Your role will involve greeting and serving customers with enthusiasm, contributing to our reputation as a beloved brand that prioritizes people and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers to address their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare a variety of food items, including breakfast options, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and assist with fuel and gift card activations, as well as manage lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
  • Ensure that store shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform general store housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
