About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can effectively contribute across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. The pay range for this role is $14.12 – $16.23 per hour. This position is based in Kenwood, Cincinnati, located at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and weekly promotions to effectively support guests across departments
    • Crafting a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and stocking products, and ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Properly receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
    • Preparing and slicing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while ensuring optimal product quality
  • Upholding a professional appearance by adhering to uniform standards

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for positions in the Deli
