About the Position:
We are looking for team members who possess the versatility to work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $16.23 per hour, located at our store in Kenwood, Cincinnati, specifically at 7888 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Keeping abreast of product knowledge and weekly promotions to provide informed assistance across departments
    • Cultivating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and restocking products while ensuring guests receive timely assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking area and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Receiving and stocking merchandise in accordance with The Fresh Market’s standards
    • Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining optimal product quality
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for positions in the Deli
