Job Title: Dispensary Associate-PT (Battle Creek)

Company: Ascend Wellness Holdings

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Dispensary Associate-PT” position in Battle Creek, MI, is slightly below the average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and local demand. In Michigan, particularly with the growing cannabis industry, dispensary associates can expect compensation that reflects the retail skill set and customer service requirements of the job. While entry-level positions may start around $15, more experienced associates or those with specialized knowledge often earn higher wages. Therefore, while $15 may be competitive for entry-level roles, it may not attract candidates with more experience or those aware of prevailing industry standards.
