Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver for TheKey, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care for clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments within the safety of their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cognitive & Behavioral Support: Offering gentle reminders, redirection, and structured activities to alleviate confusion and anxiety.
  • Personal Care: Assisting clients with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals, delivered with respect and patience.
  • Home Safety & Housekeeping: Maintaining a calm and organized environment through basic cleaning, laundry, and organization.
  • Transportation: Assisting clients with travel to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
  • Companionship: Engaging clients with conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to their cognitive needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
