You will act as the key liaison between the West Region and the broader marketing organization, fostering coordination among teams, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding, and ensuring effective activation of campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional deliverables. Additionally, you will advocate for regional engagement in national campaigns by localizing content, fine-tuning audience targeting, and aligning messaging to support regional business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in field marketing coupled with a hands-on approach to execution. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Experience Marketing and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the EVP of Sales for the West, providing a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement integrated field and regional marketing strategies tailored to the West Region, enhancing brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across targeted accounts and industries.
– Design and execute executive engagement programs, including C-level experiences and high-touch events, to deepen relationships with strategic customers and prospects.
– Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives, aligned with corporate and field objectives.
– Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on messaging, campaign strategies, and audience targeting.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with go-to-market and technology partners to support brand consistency and deliver impactful co-marketing and partner programs across the region.
– Drive and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on high-value accounts, customizing campaigns and events to accelerate sales cycles and enhance engagement.
– Manage and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, employing data and analytics to continuously optimize programs while reporting impact to sales and marketing leadership.
– Ensure clear and consistent communication with the regional sales team, educating them about upcoming programs, assets, and global-to-local campaign activation opportunities.
– Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs across markets and ensure regional participation in corporate campaigns.
– Lead the planning and flawless execution of high-touch regional events, customer roundtables, and partner activations, while supporting key national initiatives led by the Experience Marketing team.
– Oversee and manage the West Region marketing budget, ensuring high-impact resource allocation that delivers measurable business results.
– Act as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements, reinforcing AHEAD’s presence in the West.

Skills:
– A proven track record in executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue through impactful content, integrated programs, and measurable outcomes.
– Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs.
– Comprehensive knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and their execution.
– Demonstrated capability in project management and event execution.
– Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
– Strong analytical abilities, with a commitment to utilizing data to guide decisions and optimize performance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
