Job Description

Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $14 for a “Food Service Worker (Part Time)” in Cincinnati, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles, especially considering the current labor market where many positions in the food service industry are offering around $15 to $18 per hour. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it may not align with the rising cost of living and wage expectations in the region. Overall, for part-time food service roles in Cincinnati, this rate is somewhat below industry standards, which could impact recruitment and retention.
